We deliver subscriptions in Athens free of charge, every first and third week of the Month. We will notify you via email one day ahead of the delivery date.

We are not responsible for delayed delivery or non-delivery arising from causes beyond our control. However, should dispatch by next following business day not be possible, we will inform you by email of the situation and ask you to either confirm or cancel your order.

Our products are dispatched at the risk of the customer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to return the articles you have purchased, for whatever reason, along with your receipt within 5 business days of delivery. In this event, please inform us beforehand by email at info@wishbone.gr , and note that you will be responsible for the return charges. We will refund all articles providing they are in their un-opened original packaging, minus delivery charges and bank charges where applicable within 30 days of receipt of returned articles. Should you wish to exchange articles, providing they are in their un-opened original packaging, please inform us by email at info@wishbone.gr. Return them, with the original receipt, and we will dispatch the chosen replacements. Please note that return and new delivery will be at your cost. (please also see ORDER CANCELATION)
In order to avoid any inconvenience, please check the condition of articles as soon as you receive your package. Damaged or faulty products or dispatch of wrong article, must be reported to us by email to info@wishbone.gr within 5 days of delivery. In the event your claim is accepted we will gladly send you replacements at our expense in accordance with stock availability.
ORDER CANCELATION
Should you wish to cancel your order, please inform us by email at info@wishbone.gr. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it (see RETURNS AND EXCHANGES above).
REJECTION OF ORDER
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw from our site any product or material at any time. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to reject an order, even if we have sent you a confirmation receipt for this.
PRODUCTS – ORDERS
Our company strives for the quality, completeness and validity of the on its website. The online store provides the following: (information, names, pictures illustration ect.) the products available through the site, and subjected to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be predicted. It also reserves time of delivery of the products in case of forced misuse of the packages being delivered. The online store can not guarantee the availability of the products, but guarantees them timingly about the products that are not available.
In order for an order to be considered acceptable, you must follow the purchase process and confirmation of your order, in which you will then receive an email from us confirming that your order is complete and it will be followed by a confirmation receipt. This receipt confirms acceptance from our company.
We will not be obligated to have a contract order, between our company and you in relation to any products, unless your order is expressively accepted by us. If we do not accept you order and money has already been deducted from your account, then it will all be refunded. We do not offer any warranty as to the accuracy and correctives of the information that accompanies the products provided by our site.

All transactions between us conducted over our website are governed by the provisions of International and European law regulating issues concerning electronic commerce and the Consumer Protection Law 2251/1994 regarding distance selling issues.
